I think that Emma's transformation, in the book as well as in the vlog, will not be complete until after the event at Boxx. That is really the turning point for Emma, receiving the scolding from Knightley and realizing how badly she has behaved. She will continue filming, I think, not to document her greatness, but because her integrity will call for it. She might remove the cameras from the other offices, but she would not be presenting much of a balance if she did not document her own downfall. It will be a huge part of her growth to be forced to admit and document her own faults. I compare it to the Lizzie Bennet Diaries, in which Lizzie continued to film even after Darcy watched her videos. She had started something and needed to finish it. I think Emma will feel the same way.
