looking for a story (ok, two)

Hi, I've been trying to google but no luck.

First one is the sequel. I remember Elizabeth had an argument with Darcy when married and she ran out into the cold and damaged her hand. They had to go abroad (Germany?) to try and get it fixed. I thought it was called His Wife, but maybe not.

I'm also looking for the story that came first.
