In Redux I had an absurdly smart Elizabeth. I was having some fun finishing Sharni's story, and so I was trying to think of a justification for the family being both rich and having no one in the area realize it (this was part of the plot in the story). As to why both of those songs were in the story...probably because I like the operas and because of the miniseries. As to her being able to sing both of them, I thought I recalled hearing them together in a collection by some singer, but maybe I was wrong. Certainly I always think of Diana Damrau singing the Queen of the Night aria (and it seems so hard it makes me laugh that anyone can do it at all).
As to the eye color, I knew a girl with eyes this color when I was in high school - they were really striking, and it was because of them I had a crush on her for a few months (she was perfectly nice, but we wouldn't have lasted very long as a couple, and fortunately I knew this).
