Personally I'd say the Epilogue Abbey would make sense. I think a lot of people slide into dress and manners that are Victorian anyway, just by accident, because we seem to be more familiar with that period. Its accoutrements are instantly recognizable to us in a way that the rapidly-changing fashions of the Georgian and Regency periods aren't--though maybe that's just me. My guess would be that putting it in the Epilogue Abbey, with a note about the date, would do the trick.
As a side-note, though, don't they all get posted to the same board? Who makes the decision where they land? I don't recall selecting one for C&C; was I supposed to at some point? Hmm...
