Looking for a story about the married Darcys

I'm trying to remember a regency story I think I read here years ago. Lizzy and Darcy are married and sometime after she has their first child (daughter) she becomes seriously ill and only a doctor on the continent would be able to help her condition. I believe she is sent off (with servants?) but Darcy remains in England. I can't remember the circumstances (accident? amnesia?) but for some reason (thinking she's too ill to be a satifactory wife?) she doesn't return until many years later (15?). While she was away, she gave birth to their second child, a son. Her daughter isn't very pleased with her when she comes back, but all is eventually forgiven.
